About the job

• Outer surface panel repairs by doing major spray painting on all repaired or replaced panels
• Repair interior defects by spot repair
• Hang on replacement painting of parts
• Prevent contaminating the surroundings by means of masking
• Repair pinholes and other surface defects
• Quality check on all repair must be on BMW SA, s requirements
• Must use PPE at all times
• Knowledge of Quality control, SPC, ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO 14001 OHSAS act.

• Spray painting of vehicles and outer surface parts of vehicles
• Support with flatting and polishing of unit
• To keep up with standards in product in paint repair
• Accident repairs in all fleet vehicles and I-cars
• Experience in spray painting of individual panels or complete vehicle
• Qualified Spray painter (Automotive Body Repair)-Trade Certificate (Merseta Approved)
• Product Knowledge
• Knowledge of blending
• Be able to mix paint as per BMW standards
• Basic computer literacy
• minimum of 5 years experience in the automotive spray painting environment
• Language skills: Proficient in English.
• Other: Understanding of the VPS principles and methods
• Good analytical skills.
• Protection vehicle painting
