    SR HR Business Partner Middle East & Africa

    A key member of the Water Quality MEA Team, you will partner with the General Manager and business leaders across MEA, DHR corporate HR team and associates to deliver HR services in a proactive and solution oriented manner and aligned with the business strategy for assigned client groups.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Organizational Diagnostics & Development: Understand and analyze organizational capabilities, proactively create and implement organizational design and structure improvements
    • Talent Management & Development: Drive the talent development process, advise and train management to create associate development and succession plans to improve bench strength and achieve Talent Review objectives.
    • Talent Acquisition: Drive the recruitment process for assigned groups (including, among other things; interviewing, making offers, facilitating relocation and on-boarding of new hires)
    • Performance Management: Work with managers and associates to identify and address performance related issues. Provide mentorship and support to managers on corrective action items including performance improvement plans and other issues
    • Compensation Management: Handle compensation programs including annual merit review and incentive programs. Benchmark external salary data for competitiveness and ensure equity across the organization. Ensure accurate system administration of compensation process and records. Maintain job descriptions and assist managers in writing job descriptions.
    • Employee Relations: Apply skills to facilitate resolution when problems arise. Investigate allegations of employee misconduct including harassment, discrimination, etc. Guide management on disciplinary and termination procedures. Engage company attorney for counsel when necessary.
    • Compliance, Policies & Procedures: Work with attorneys as required to ensure legal compliance. Act as liaison to governmental compliance agencies as required. Ensure consistent application of policies/procedures including but not limited to recruiting, training, reward & recognition and associate development.
    • Change Management: Partner and facilitate the change management to accelerate growth and sustain effective business processes.
    • Reporting & Analytics: Monthly reporting on HR activities within the region, including recruitment, turnover, IFR, TTF.
    • General HR Support: Enter employee data into relevant system/s. Create and maintain personnel files ensuring legal compliance. Support payroll process for MEA in partnership with legal entities hosting our associates in MEA
    • Separations: Perform timely exit interviews and record data to be analyzed for retention purposes.
       

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • 5 years of proven experience in progressively responsible HR roles.
    • Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, statutes etc. which govern employment policies and practices.
    • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization including remote locations.
    • Excellent planning and organizations skills, attention to detail, and successful experience working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to objectively mentor employees and leadership through complex and emotional issues.
    • Proven problem solving skills with data driven approach to assessing and solving problems.
    • Knowledge of organizational change principles and practical experience helping individuals and teams navigate organizational change.
    • Experience as a point of contact with local and regional regulatory organizations.
    • Experience facilitating trainings in both classroom and virtual environments.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; articulate and persuasive communicator.
    • Proficiency with MS Office tools.
    • Experience working with HR systems. Workday knowledge is a plus.
    • Strong business and compensation acumen.
