Key job responsibilities
- Define and deliver customer-focused product and programs with broad cross-functional business impact
- Bring strong, data-driven business and strategic judgment to decisions
- Develop business requirements, manage milestones, prioritization, and overall roadmap
- Drive automation and standardization cross-functionally
- Drive reverse logistics/recommerce PnL
- Lead cross-functional programs across Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Vendor Management, and Finance
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Program, project, or product management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Senior experience managing stakeholders in cross-functional project
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
