Starke Ayres: Administrator (Kempton Park)

- Job Field Administration / Facilities , Procurement / Store-keeping / Supply Chain
Description
- A role for a Procurement Administrator is available in our Procurement Department based in Kempton Park.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Costing for Goods Received.
- Preparation of seed export/import shipping documentation.
- Transport arrangements and expediting.
- Reconcile Courier accounts.
- Increase of packaging orders as and when required.
- Obtain documentation (import permits/authorizations) Department of Agriculture.
- Foster good Customer relationships.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- Purchasing and Supply Chain Diploma (Ideal)
- 2 - 3 years of relevant Administration / Procurement experience
