    Stock Controller

    Job Description    

    •  Processing of transporter pallets received and dispatched nationally
    •  Completion of all internal pallet schedules
    •  Daily follow up and recovery of outstanding pallets on customer record cards
    •  Filing of pallet documentation
    •  Monthly Pallet recon
    •  Daily checks on Warehouse value chain
    •  Daily investigation on variances on the value chain including stock re-counts, checking correctness of transfer documentation and system transaction
    •  Daily recon of diesel movements and bowser balance
    •  Handling of daily queries
    •  Local fleet control
    •  Assist with month-end stock counts
    •  GRV stock received from Intercompany
    •  Weekly age analysis submission to Head Office

    Qualification Requirements    

    •  Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

    Experience Requirements    

    •  2 – 3 years’ general office administration experience
    •  2 – 3 years’ data capturing experience
    •  3 – 5 years’ experience in pallet control
    •  Computer literacy (Excel; Word)
    •  Working on Great Plains

    Key Outputs    

    • Stock controller to accurately process all transporter documentation on agreed terms and be responsible for the general administration.
