Stock Planner - Edenvale at Barron

Job Purpose: 

• The purpose of the Stock Planner is to communicate any delays efficiently to Sales in order to plan stock for production according to customer requests and deadlines.

Job Objectives and Functions:

Stock management short reservations: 

• Timeously check stock reservations on transfer orders to determine stock shortages.
• Check against YPS report to determine the category of stock shortages.
• Timeously communicate shortages to Sales according to the YPS report for both Bond and insufficient stock.
• Ensure stock from Bond is requested/ cycle counts from Inventory.
• Accurately update the Matrix according to D365 report.

Stock management short picks:

• Timeously communicate stock shortages to Sales and get feedback from Sales and update Matrix according to D365 report.
• Amend works order according to stock shortages.
• Update matrix according to D365 report.

Qualifications:

• NQF 4 - Matric / equivalent

Experience:

• 1 -2 years stock planning
