We are seeking a CommVault Backup Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract. The role involves providing operational support and management for backup systems while ensuring high service quality and adherence to SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day operational support for CommVault Backup systems.
Manage SLA compliance and documentation.
Handle Change Control, Incident Management, and Problem Management processes.
Provide standby support on a 50/50 rotation schedule.
Requirements:
CommVault Backup Certification (mandatory).
Proven experience in backup operations and management.
Strong knowledge of SLA, Change Control, Incident, and Problem Management processes.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment (Centurion-based).
