Education:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (BSc IT preferred)

Job Description:

• We are seeking a CommVault Backup Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract. The role involves providing operational support and management for backup systems while ensuring high service quality and adherence to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day operational support for CommVault Backup systems.
• Manage SLA compliance and documentation.
• Handle Change Control, Incident Management, and Problem Management processes.
• Provide standby support on a 50/50 rotation schedule.

Requirements:

• CommVault Backup Certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience in backup operations and management.
• Strong knowledge of SLA, Change Control, Incident, and Problem Management processes.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (Centurion-based).
• Availability for standby duty.

Contract Duration:

• 6 months
