As a Store Supervisor at Mr Price Home, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our store runs smoothly, and efficiently, and delivers exceptional customer experiences. You'll be the driving force behind our team, helping to create a positive work environment and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead by example, inspire, and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing by following visual merchandising guidelines and maintaining product displays.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and assist with inventory management tasks.
• Customer Engagement: Foster a culture of excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or issues effectively.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure operational processes are followed, and the store is well-maintained and clean.
• Training and Development: Train and develop your team members, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
• Sales Performance: Work with the Store Manager to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1-2 years previous retail supervisory or leadership experience in retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for home decor and a good eye for design.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Grade 12
