Job Advert Summary    

• Receive stock from service providers and issue stock to production.
• Operate as a foklift driver in peak periods and over weekends.
• Will have to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to physically count stock and reconcile stock shortages

Requirements    

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 
• Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level  
• Business English: Fluent 
• Computer literacy (Basic)  
• Work shifts/weekends/public holidays

Duties and Responsibilities    
Receive, store and issue stock  

• Ensure correct movement and physical allocation of stock  
• Assist Stock Controller with stock counts, container counts and returns to supplier 
• Complete requisitions for consumable items  
• Ensure that assigned area adheres to GMP at all times  
• Control loading and off-loading of trucks  
• Ensure security, good housekeeping and safety of stock in the store  
• Ensure stock rotation and optimal stock holding levels  

Act as relief for Driver: Forklift  

• Operate forklift (in peak periods and over weekends)
