Description

• Check goods received in conjunction with the Kitchen Supervisor
• Pack goods received in the appropriate areas
• Assist the Catering Manager in keeping stores secure
• Responsible for the general tidiness of the store area
• Responsible for issuing of all goods from the store and recording thereof

Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of store control procedures
• General knowledge of hygiene and cleaning procedure
• Physical ability to lift and pack stores items neatly
• Availability to work extra hours
• Honesty and integrity
