Stores Clerk at RCL Foods

Job Description

• We at RCL FOODS are in search for a Stores Clerk to join our Baking Division. The role will be based in Rustenburg and report to the Transport Manager.

Minimum Requirements    

• Matric
• Valid Code EB Driver’s License
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in Workshop Environment
• Computer Literacy (Syspro & Excel)

Knowledge:

• Stock / Parts Knowledge
• Product Knowledge in Hino, Isuzu and Toyota
• Internal procurement controls
• Internal departments' stock control

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Daily oil dips and oil readings
• Daily and Monthly stock taking
• Interaction with Suppliers (Quote requests)
• Ordering of Parts and Consumables
• Receiving and Issuing of Parts
• Manage Stock Levels and Parts requests from Depots
• Receiving and Issuing of Parts
• Opening and managing of Jobcards
• Syspro Ordering and receiving
• Matching of Daily Invoices
