What you'll own:
Collaborate with the other team members of the Strategy and M&A team on initiatives/special projects
Work with the team on specific Corporate Strategy projects, which could include:
Review of current business strategies and deep dives
Identify and size adjacent business opportunities
Prepare strategic insights and materials for annual planning sessions, executive team offsites, leadership team meetings, and investor conversations
Present findings and recommendation to the members of strategy team
Develop zero-defect analyses in Excel and summary insights in PowerPoint
Communicate insights, storylines and recommendations clearly through a variety of mediums (verbal, slide, email, etc.)
Bring your creativity and ideas to evolve how Alexander Forbes does business
Experience you'll need:
Pursuing an undergraduate degree or qualified with further studying preferred, in Math, Science, Engineering, Business or Finance in junior or senior standing
Experienced with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Strong analytical skills, business intuition, and organizational ability
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Previous related business experience desirable, but not required
