Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve performance.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Providing strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conducting research and analysis, using data and data analytics, to inform decision-making on key business issues.
• Monitoring industry developments and the overall market to inform adjustments in strategy.
• Providing guidance and support to senior leadership on strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Have a solid background in strategic planning and implementation
• Have a relevant Honours Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics and MBA
• Possess exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively lead a team.
• Able to adopt critical thinking, be analytical and detail-oriented
• Able to collaborate, support and drive team members to deliver on results, providing technical and professional guidance
• Be able to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
