An exciting opportunity exists for a driven, energetic Student Advisor. This role is ideal for a confident sales professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships, working with young people, and achieving targets. You’ll play a key role in growing student enrolments by engaging with prospective students and parents, managing leads from first contact through to registration, and consistently delivering on individual sales targets in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR, or a related field is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Building strong, lasting relationships with prospective students and parents throughout the recruitment journey
Driving student enrolments by actively identifying, nurturing, and converting leads
Engaging with teachers, principals, and key stakeholders to expand recruitment channels
Guiding applicants through every stage of the application and registration process
Capturing and maintaining accurate CRM records of leads, appointments, applications, and registrations
Tracking and reporting on individual sales performance, figures, and targets
Following up on application and registration payments
Managing administrative tasks including file creation, data capturing, and system updates
What We’re Looking For:
A three-year Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience with strong closing ability
Comfortable managing the full sales cycle
Target-driven and thrives under pressure
Confident communicator with excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service mindset
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Proactive, organised, and self-motivated
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence (essential)
