Key Responsibility Areas:

• Controls subordinate staff.
• Controls the technical and administrative operations of the division.
• Liaises with the public other municipal departments and outside organisations.
• Actively promotes safety and accident prevention with respect to staff on site including
• Contractors which includes training and adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Undertaking related assignments.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:

• Trade Tested Artisan (Plumber or Bricklayer or in the Construction industry).
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 5 years post apprenticeship experience of which 2 years must be at supervisory level.
