Requirements

• Grade 12
• 2 – 4 years’ experience in similar role
• 0 – 2 years’ experience in agricultural industry
• Must be willing to work overtime
• Clear Criminal Record
• Valid driver's license (Code B)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Effective communication and interaction with people within the working environment,
• Ability to solve arising problems within an agreed time frame and share information through expressing of speech,
• Handle client enquiries and provide timely feedback for possible solutions,
• Delegate assignments to staff and check that assignment are executed correctly,
• Responsible for new appointments and training of temporary staff regarding work performance,
• Responsible for the Ad-Hoc tasks,
• Check that correct loading and un-loading, storage and shipping of product,
• Check that equipment and work environment comply with safety legislation.
• Be a GWK ambassador and a good team player.
