Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 will be essential.
• At least 2 years Supervisory experience.
• Ability and willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends and public holidays when needed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have basic problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to perform under pressure.
• Basic people supervision skills.
• Computer literate.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Housekeeping of responsible area.
• Supervision of employees to ensure tasks are completed and to take corrective action where needed.
• Ensure production targets are met.
• Ensure optimum production processes
• Adhere to and ensure Health & Safety regulations are followed.
