Supervisor Quality Control/Assurance II - Brits at PepsiCo

What we're looking for: 

• We're looking for a Quality Control/Assurance Supervisor based at our Brits Bakery. Engaged in performing raw material intake. Responsible for the grading and related functions. Normally reports to Siloman Applied in Milling Operations.

Accountabilities: 

• Document and manage quality processes and information
• Update and implement QA procedures                                                    
• Conduct and moderate internal and external QM audits
• Test and control raw materials, packaging & finished products; resolved customer complaints & product returns
• Manage own team and train employees on QM systems, policies & procedures

Qualifications

• National Diploma or equivalent in Biotechnology or Food Technology
• 3-5 years supervisory experience within the manufacturing / quality environment
• Computer skills including SAP and MS Office
• FSSC 2200 and Lead Auditor certificate advantageous
• AIB Implementation and Maintenance experience
