Supervisor Supply Warehouse - Hotazel Manganese Mines at South32

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Supervise, coaches and leads the warehouse team to ensure delivery against plans;
• Ensure that critical controls are implemented and effective with verification activities conducted as per requirements;
• Spend appropriate time in field to supervise the execution of warehouse work to achieve established performance targets and to ensure warehouse processes comply with internal procedures and HSE requirements.(inventory is stored appropriately to support safety, preservation and accessibility in line with requirements);
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective warehouse operation services;
• Provide relevant information to management to ensure the best execution of production plans within the stipulated time;
• Actively participate in warehouse improvement projects. 

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• 3 years experience at supervisory level with proven ability to lead a team;
• Ability to work effectively in a team with strong communication skills;
• Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to work under pressure;
• Experience in warehouse and logistics activities;
• Experience using SAP.

Qualifications for this role are:

• Diploma or Degree (3 years) in Supply Chain or Warehousing.
