Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Supervise, coaches and leads the warehouse team to ensure delivery against plans;
• Ensure that critical controls are implemented and effective with verification activities conducted as per requirements;
• Spend appropriate time in field to supervise the execution of warehouse work to achieve established performance targets and to ensure warehouse processes comply with internal procedures and HSE requirements.(inventory is stored appropriately to support safety, preservation and accessibility in line with requirements);
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective warehouse operation services;
• Provide relevant information to management to ensure the best execution of production plans within the stipulated time;
• Actively participate in warehouse improvement projects. 

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• 3 years experience at supervisory level with proven ability to lead a team;
• Ability to work effectively in a team with strong communication skills;
• Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to work under pressure;
• Experience in warehouse and logistics activities;
• Experience using SAP.

Qualifications for this role are:

• Diploma or Degree (3 years) in Supply Chain or Warehousing.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Maintain health, safety and housekeeping within the internal environment.
• Report daily on plant performance and account for stoppages experienced across the plants on MMT complex.
• Demonstrate experience and knowledge in resource management and work prioritization to ensure that planned and breakdown work is managed effectively and efficiently.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of hydraulics, crushers, pumps, screens, conveyors, and various plant equipment
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medium / High Voltage networks, domestic appliances, and industrial/commercial installations.
• Use and enforce the work management system and ensure the completion of planned work/ adherence to planned work for allocated team/ teams.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in plant maintenance of which 2 years is in a supervisory capacity;
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, fixed plant, and experience in the safe delivery of maintenance is critical.

Qualifications for this role are:

• N3 Technical certificate;
• Trade Test
• Valid driver's license

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Maintain and enforce Survey boundaries (Prospecting right, Mining rights, Servitudes); Legal Compliance (MHSA) and update Rehabilitation and Land Disturbance plans;
• Audit and update prescribed plans and Survey network;
• Coordinate the annual Aerial Survey for updating Survey Plans;
• Oversee Tactical Stockpile management (Stockpile layouts, contamination, etc.);
• Conduct stockpile audits (yearly);
• Manage Land inventory (Farms, leases, royalties and land use agreements);
• Represent the company at Public Forums (Neighbouring mines, communities, etc.);
• Sign-off and submit prescribed plans (yearly);
• Provide oversight and support to Production and Ore Accounting Surveying.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a mining environment;
• In depth knowledge and understanding of relevant Health, Safety and Environment legislation;
• In depth knowledge and understanding of geology related to mining;
• In depth knowledge and understanding of the principles of Mineral Resources and Ore Reserve Management;
• In depth knowledge and understanding of different activities related to survey field work;
• In depth understanding of different activities related to Survey Data Management;
• In depth understanding of different coordinate systems (Clarke 1880, WGS 84, etc.).

Qualifications for this role are:

• Degree/BTECH/National Diploma in Mineral Resource Management or Surveying;
• Survey Government Certificate of Competency (GCC);
