Are you passionate about keeping supply chains running smoothly? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Controller to join our team and ensure the efficient, accurate, and cost-effective movement of stock from our suppliers to our warehouse and SADC iStores.
As our Supply Chain Controller, you’ll be the driving force behind process efficiency, shipment visibility, and operational excellence. You’ll manage everything from purchase orders and master data to customs compliance and reporting, ensuring our stock flows seamlessly across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
Define, document, and standardise supply chain processes, and automate manual tasks where possible.
Ensure product master data is accurate to support smooth inventory movement.
Manage purchase orders and maintain balanced order books between supplier systems and SysPro.
Monitor inbound shipments and communicate priorities to the Warehouse team.
Ensure all products meet customs, regulatory, and SARS requirements.
Complete operational tasks proactively to avoid stock delays.
Provide accurate and timely reporting to support business decisions.
Drive strategic projects that improve departmental efficiency and capabilities.
Min Requirements:
Qualifications: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain, ideally in fast-paced consumer electronics with multiple stock locations.
Skills: Strong analytical and financial acumen, excellent attention to detail, proactive communication, and a drive for operational excellence.
