Supply Chain Operations Leader at Wabtec Corporation

What do we want to know from you?

• You have at least an experience of 15 years in heavy manufacturing operational with at least 5 years in repair and re-manufacturing operations of highly engineered industrialized products or equivalent.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering management, supply chain management, program management or related discipline.
• You have at least 5 years of experience leading supplier negotiations and interactions, and supporting customer negotiations.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in leadership roles including building, growing, and leading teams of highly skilled professionals both direct and indirect reports.
• You must be available to travel up to 25% within region with occasional international trips.
• You have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

What will your typical day look like?

• Drive cost, cycle, and inventory improvements to support sales, services, and reliability.
• Align sourcing, remanufacturing, materials, and commercial teams to ensure strategy and execution are in sync.
• Manage key supplier relationships to align business performance with customer needs and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Support P&L budget attainment by managing costs and expenses to achieve target EBIT for local direct sourced services and parts.
• Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost).
• Drive monthly SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) cycle for effective cross-functional communication and consistent business performance.
• Develop and execute regional supply chain remanufacturing strategy in alignment with global aftersales goals for freight services.
• Build strong customer channels for inbound and outbound processes, including material management and logistics.
