Grade 12 certificate. National Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant qualifications.
A minimum of 3 year’s functional experience as a Supply Chain Clerk.
Skills/Knowledge/Competence: Sound knowledge of the Treasury Regulations, Notices, and other relevant public service prescripts.
Sound knowledge of SAP and SRM. Planning and organisational skills, Computer skills, Communication skills. Knowledge of supply chain processes.
Duties :
To coordinate review, undertake and implement the supply chain acquisition management framework and policies. Provide secretariate services to the Acquisition Committee.
Coordinate, review and source quotations from database as determined by National Treasury. Provide general supervision of employees. Allocate work and perform quality control on the work performed.
