    Supply Chain Specialist

    You will be responsible for driving the development and standardization of capabilities that enable end-to-end supply chain flow from customer demand forecast to supplier supply plans with an objective to optimize inventory levels while increasing service levels. This position is responsible to: 

    • work with the commercial organization to develop the right processes, systems, and tools to generate a reliable SKU level forecast; 
    • convert the forecasts into production plans and inventory targets; 
    • deploy the S&OP process and train personnel to enable a consistent process with transparent KPIs and targets; and 
    • identify and drive functional improvements across forecasting, demand planning, scheduling, and supplier supply planning. You will also be heavily involved in feasibility studies of whitespace expansion, transformation analysis for distributor partners and transition for possible future mergers & acquisitions.

    Key responsibilities:

    •          Supply Chain Manager – Define and drive best practice supply chain processes. Oversee the regions’ demand forecasting process - integrating market direction, sales insight, historical data, and analytical tools to synthesize the revenue forecast. Work with the Integrated Business Planning team to ensure a closed-loop assessment of demand requirements versus supply capability that align processes with key business calendars, presenting findings to key stakeholders, providing forecast range recommendations, and implementing the approved forecast.
    •          Continuous Improvement – Lead CI activities for Regional supply chain. Analyze data to prioritize improvement opportunities in lead time, inventory requirements, order fulfillment costs and overall service levels. Drive improvements through cross-functional collaboration and systematic process improvements.
    •          Business Planning (Cross Functional Team Management) – Working with the Commercial Operations team to develop sales assumptions of new brand/product launches and decide on stock allocations of the new brands/products to each business partner as appropriate. Identify slow moving products to the Commercial Operations team and actively tracking the performance of sales mechanisms to clear these products
    •         Coaching & developing the team to ensure that the business nurtures the talent it needs to maintain consistent performance in this area.

    The ideal candidate should be/have:

    • Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and experimentation
    • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to juggle many responsibilities at once, adept at weighing importance of quick wins vs. long-term progress
    • Previous experience as a supply planning manager in a dynamic FMCG environment, including experience such as inventory management, material planning, and sourcing management
    • High level interpersonal and leadership skills; must be able to influence and coach across multiple levels
    • Highly analytical, self-motivated individual with extensive problem solving skills
    • Previous change management and continuous improvement skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent in English is Must)
    • University or comparative degrees
