Logging Support Issues: Efficiently and accurately log all incoming support issues on their designated support issue logging system.
Issue Resolution: Professionally and effectively resolve all support issues logged on the system, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution.
Escalation: Identify and escalate relevant issues to the Support Desk Lead, appropriate Account Managers, and Developer Teams when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the Production team to assist in delivering and testing projects and new functionalities, actively contributing to project implementation when required.
Agile Development: Actively participate in the Agile product development process by attending morning scrum meetings and addressing testing issues promptly.
Compliance: Adhere to all established processes, policies, and procedures, as well as any additional company policies applicable to all employees.
