General:
A case is logged and addressed by the support team if it can be solved within 15 minutes. Thereafter it is escalated to the relevant consultant. Escalations on all support agreements are monitored. Although the support consultant will assist mainly with their BU it is expected from the person to assist with all BU’s to ensure continued service to all our customer. The support consultant is also responsible for the administration around all Small Work Requests following the AccTech project methodology and standards.
