The Job

A Support Technician position has become available with one of our clients in Middelburg in the Mpumalanga.
- Resolve and coordinate all client queries
- Responsible for all desktop queries
- Resolving daily calls
- Liaising with all relevant parties to resolve calls as per SLA
Requirements
- Must have 3-4 years experience
- A matric
- IT qualification
- ITIL qualification would be nice
- MCSSA
