System Administration Assistant (Merchandise) at Truworths

Key Responsibilities    

• System administration and support of various merchant systems
• One on one training
• Updating Excel spreadsheets (figures, board reports), creating summaries, etc.
• Maintenance of size curves
• Administration and execution of markdowns
• Administration and execution of promotions
• Support to the ticketing administration function and queries
• Liaison between Merchandise, Store Design, Field, Buying Divisions and Information Systems Department support team.
• Following up with problem resolution
• Co-ordinating merchandise restructure
• Communicating with Merchants

Qualifications and Experience    

• Matric
• Numerate tertiary qualification is highly advantageous
• 5+ years experience within a similar role is preferred
• Be proficient in MS Office, specifically good knowledge of Excel
