Job Advert Summary    

• An opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Management System Administrator, responsible for the configuration, upgrade, administration, monitoring and maintenance of software and hardware and associated utility software products, which could include ISP service providers, Cell phone providers, printer providers, etc. In support of business processing requirements and operating and service level agreements and in accordance with established routines. Organizes software installations and upgrades to systems. Responsible for the authorization and monitoring of access to phones, computers, or infrastructure in accordance with established organizational policy. Includes investigation of unauthorized access, and the performance of other administrative duties relating to security management. Ensures maximum uptime and service delivery or accountable systems and environments. 

Minimum Requirements    

• Diploma / NQF level 6
• 3 years experience
• SAP Processessing Experience
• Warehouse Management Systems Experience 

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Active participant on an implementation team
• End User Support for Visibill, Cell phone suppliers and Printer Suppliers
• End User Training
• Report Writing
• System Documentation
• Engage with 3rd party vendors for service delivery
• Action IT Procurement requests
• Determine network and system requirements in conjunction with the IT Team 
• Maintain integrity of the equipment and security
• Assign configuration of authentication and authorisation to assigned systems
• SAP Processing 
• Warehouse Management systems
