System and Process Leader at Volvo Group

Job Objectives:

• Local Champion for Volvo Process Systems (VPS).
• End to End Process and System expert.
• Liaison between FCA and key users/stakeholders in the business.
• Monitor, implement and improve financial and accounting systems and processes.
• Proactively identify areas of efficiency and effectiveness improvement within FCA.
• Prepare and update financial and accounting process documentation.
• Provide training to the respective business areas on financial and accounting systems and processes.
• Drive and be part of projects impacting the financial records and represent FCA where needed.
• Train FCA on new systems and processes implemented by Volvo Group.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies and procedures (FPP).
• Support and assist FCA and the business.
• Any other duties reasonably assigned by your manager.

Qualification & Job Experience:

• Process expert.
• 2+ years experience managing, implementing, and improving financial systems and processes.
• Lean methodology knowledge preferable.
• Change management experience.
• Understanding of the Volvo business operations preferable.
• Broad understanding of accounting principles.
