Facilitate information sessions and workshops with system users to analyze, assess, and document their system requirements.
Analyze systems and business processes to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare Feasibility Study Reports (FSR) to evaluate proposed system solutions.
Develop logical and physical data models, interface designs, workflows, and context diagrams.
Provide training to end-users or technical support teams as needed.
Create comprehensive documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure that project objectives and deliverables are met.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical and complex system or process issues when necessary.
Collaborate with development teams to test system features according to agreed-upon quality standards.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to the enhancement of systems and IT/business processes.

Proficient in software development, design principles, and various development methodologies.
Experienced in systems analysis, project management, and system documentation.
Skilled in programming languages, particularly in developing ASP.NET MVC web applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core, along with AJAX, Angular, JavaScript, CSS, and Bootstrap.
Knowledgeable in SOAP/REST APIs, web services, and cloud technologies.
Minimum Requirements
A 3-year degree or Advanced Diploma (or equivalent) at NQF Level 7 in Information Systems or a related analytical field, along with 3 years of relevant experience,
Industry-recognized certifications or accreditations in similar fields, with 7 years of relevant experience.
