    Talent Acquisition Consultant

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum HR Diploma/Degree Preferred
    • 4 – 6 Years Talent Acquisition Experience
    • 2-4 years Insurance Industry related experience in holding a role of Talent Acquisition
    • Experience in Talent Acquisition (High Volume Recruitment, Creating of Pipeline, fast pace environment
    • Knowledge/experience of HR/PR systems and E-Job Boards
    • Sound knowledge of HR practices related to recruitment
    • Extensive Experience in End to End Recruitment Life Cycle
    • Basic knowledge of Labour legislation (BCEA, Skills Development, Labour relations, SAQA authority and COGP)

    Responsibilites

    Independently deliver and oversee the recruitment Administration Information processes which include:

    • Co-ordination of accurate JD's, assessments and relevant recruitment checks for each hire
    • Talent Sourcing for roles within portfolio as well as managing the Psychometric Assessment component to all Senior       Hires, as well as key/critical senior specialist roles
    • E-Recruitment system administration end to end
    • Manage offer process

    Relationship building

    • Proactively create, identify, manage and maintain a readily available Talent Pool for all High volume, revenue generating roles within portfolio.
    • Partner and form relationships with client base with the aim to understand their business and requirements relating to recruitment needs
    • Competitor analysis – key insights and trends relative to the Insurance Industry Markets aligned to Best Practices and Recruitment metrics we could implement within Retail
    • Accountable for end to end engagements with Candidates as well as managing the relationship with our external Agencies

    Reporting and communication

    • Deliver and present on weekly traction reports on vacancies, challenges and activities aimed at mitigation of hire outside of SLA
    • Administer all correspondence to applicants/candidates ensuring it is written in a professional manner and complies with employment legislation and company policy
