Talent Acquisition Intern at Corteva Agriscience

We’re looking for an Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team!

• Talent Acquisition is a global team in charge of the recruitment process for Corteva. We have several consultants spread around the world that help to match the best candidate to the best job opportunity (and we can do the same for you!).

Your Challenge:

• As an intern, you will support the recruitment process by crafting job advertisements and posting them on different webpages and social media. You will also help maintain and use our IT resources, like our database (Applicant Tracking System) or our marketing tools.
• But most importantly, this job is all about human interaction! You will be reviewing applications, contacting candidates and coordinating interviews for the area of Europe, Africa and Middle East on a daily basis.

Key Stakeholders and Interactions:

• Internally, you will be working with the recruitment team, especially those based in Europe, Africa and Middle East, members of other HR teams and with Hiring Managers. Externally, you will engage with candidates on a regular basis.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar preferred.
• Basic or user knowledge of Microsoft package.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Social Media (ie. LinkedIn).
