    Passionate about people and technology? We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Lead. As Derivco continues to grow and scale, this role will be integral in leading and helping the talent acquisition team to structure and evolve our recruiting/ sourcing strategies and processes to achieve our talent priorities, while ensuring an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience. We are looking for a technologist at heart, someone that will thrive in a fast-paced environment, a strong problem-solver and an innovative thinker.


    What you will be doing?

    • Lead, manage and drive our strategic sourcing and hiring plans to deliver and build for scale in alignment with business objectives.

    • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, manage delivery of hiring targets, build hiring strategies, and drive talent acquisition metrics & reporting.

    • Set clear objectives, coordinate team activities and provide coaching and guidance to improve team performance and capabilities.

    • Develop innovative ways to attract talent and create diverse pipelines of active and passive top talent for future and active roles.

    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by building the candidate experience, improving data and analytics, and providing competitor intelligence.


    What do you need to have done before?

    • 3+ years’ experience leading a technology-focused in-house talent acquisition/ recruitment team.

    • Excellent stakeholder management experience.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment.

    • Proven track record of implementing flexible, innovative and tech savvy solutions.
