    Talent Acquisition Operations Project Analyst

    Job Description:

    The Talent Acquisition Operations Project Analyst will need to have problem solving skills and be a critical thinker. The ideal candidate will think quantitatively, analytically and creatively

    You will also be responsible for the following:

    • Project lifecycle co-ordination activities

    • Maintaining project documentation under the guidance of project leads (Project plans, RAID logs

    • Preparing reports on project performance

    • Assisting with project planning, monitoring and evaluation of progress

    • Scheduling regular meetings and record decisions / actions / assigned tasks and next steps

    • Managing stakeholder communications with regular reports and support support on any project updates / enquiries 

    •  Ensuring that adequate change management and communication processes are embedded in each /project delivered

    This position is in the Global Shared Service Department at Band 7 and will be reporting to the TAO Continuous Improvement Specialist

    Qualifications:

    You should have: 

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • 2 – 3 years’ previous experience in project management administration or co-ordination

    • Previous experience with project documentation, flow charts and schedules

    • Demonstrated experience in working on project management software (e.g. Microsoft Projects / Smartsheet /other)  

     Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: 

    • Strong organization and time-management skills

    • Excellent stakeholder management skills

    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on detail

    • Strong influencing skills, customer service skills an asset

    • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

    • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including clients and other departments

    • Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise

    • Ability to work independently

    • Strong written and oral communication skills are crucial
