    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership of recruiting a range of roles by liaising with hiring managers in the business to understand business goals, define role requirements, screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, scheduling interviews and manage offers.
    • Be a champion for hiring diverse talent as each international office grows.
    • Be an enthusiastic employer brand ambassador using social media and other content platforms to amplify ClearScore vacancies and inclusive culture stories. This will also include helping to build the ClearScore employer brand in each territory.
    • Deliver on multiple roles at any one time and effectively manage the recruitment process to deliver against team KPIs.
    • Be the champion of high quality hiring and efficient process. Maintain the standard of hiring in line with a global talent acquisition approach.
    • Strive to improve procedures and adapt to local marketing conditions.
    • Select and build relationships with sourcing platforms and suppliers to deliver cost controlled but rapid hiring solutions.

    Requirements

    • You will have experience delivering extraordinary talent acquisition in an in-house environment.
    • A variety of domain expertise will help but a good understanding of hiring in the technology sector is vital as we are scaling in this area.
    • You are a sourcing and networking expert offering innovation to solve talent acquisition challenges.
    • Ideally you will have gone through and/or love the challenges of fast-growing company. Tackling scalability, ambiguity and building up your resilience.
    • Either experience or the desire to be involved in culture and work-environment projects.
    • Data aware with the ability to set goals and make informed judgement calls.
    • You will be able to present using slide decks and use excel for your own tracking and analysis.
    • Independent thinking, and not being afraid to suggest new ideas.
    • Super organised and a high attention to detail - you’ll be comfortable working smart in a busy environment.
    • Familiarity with recruitment tools - LinkedIn recruiter, ATS among others.
