Talent Management Specialist - Ladybrand at OVK - Group

Main purpose of the position:

• Identifying, retaining and developing talent internally and externally. Ensure adequate talent and effective talent management

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant B.- degree in Human Resources or equivalent;
• 3 years’ experience in the human resources field; (succession planning, talent pipeline/s, recruitment and training);
• 2 years’ experience in recruitment and selection in the agricultural sector will be an advantage;
• Valid driver’s license.

Skills:

• Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
• Computer literate (MS Office);
• The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships;
• Good organisational skills;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• Influencing skills;
• Creative thinker.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effective recruitment and selection process;
• Promote OVK as the employer of choice;
• Ensure a pipeline of internal and external talent;
• Succession and career planning;
• Supervision of recruitment and training officers.
