    Talent Management Specialist (Recruiter)

    Purpose of the job

    • To provide an end to end  talent acquisition and recruitment  service  to Pep Central Office, and support other divisions when required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implementing and administering the full recruitment process including, job briefing, advertising, selection procedure and onboarding.
    • Supports and collaborates with Senior Talent Management Practitioner.
    • Optimally utilizing candidate sourcing channels e.g LinkedIn. 
    • Optimising the use of PEP’s applicant tracking system. 
    • Creating Market maps and talent pipelines.
    • Assisting with career fairs,  graduate recruitment, internship initiatives and other talent management projects.
    • Contributing to the development and implementation of best-fit people processes as part of the PS team. 
    • Maintaining records, developing analytics, and reporting on recruitment trends and data. 
    • Managing customer and candidate communication and feedback

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 
    • 3 Years multilevel  level talent acquisition/ recruitment experience in a similar role is essential 
    • Experience with LinkedIn and talent platforms advantageous
    • Strong administration skills
    • Retail, related industry or corporate office recruitment experience preferable
    • Advanced Google suite, and working with an applicant tracking system
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A good understanding of South Africa labour legislation
