If you’re the talented individual taking on this role, each day will be different, but generally, you’ll be involved in identifying and selecting the right talent who will drive the future of our organisation,  while implementing plans and strategies to support an integrated approach to talent management within the business. We’re a talented organisation, so there’s a lot of talent to manage.

This means you’re going to need some strong backing when taking on the role. This includes:

• A Master’s Degree in Organisational/ Industrial psychology
• Registration with the HPCSA
• At least 5 years experience in Talent Management with a proven track record in Change Management
• Computer literacy in Advanced MS Office Suite
• Excellent Communication & Facilitation Skills
• Coaching experience
