We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher FET to join our team at [School Name]. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to Further Education and Training (FET) students, preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging and interactive lessons, assessing student progress, and providing feedback and support to help students achieve their academic goals.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver Mathematics lessons to FET students in accordance with the curriculum requirements
Create engaging and interactive learning activities to actively engage students in the learning process
Assess student progress through regular tests, exams, and assignments, and provide helpful feedback to support student improvement
Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student achievement and personal growth
Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to develop effective teaching strategies and support student success
Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
Teaching qualification or certification
Previous experience teaching Mathematics to FET students preferred
Strong knowledge of the FET Mathematics curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals
