• To ensure Driver, Van Assistant and vehicle availability at all times in Kimberely Branch.                                                                                                                                

Requirements    

• Minimum Grade 12/NQF 
• Diploma or qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain (advantageous).
• 2–3 years’ experience in a Distribution (Outbound)
• 2-3 years people supervision experience
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
• Business English: Fluent
• Work shifts/weekends/public holidays 
• Location Kimberely (Advantageous)

Duties and Responsibilities    

Provide General Office Administration Support  

• Update Driver planning  
• Update ad hoc Labour Broker time sheet  
• Update "Way better" spread sheet  
• Update daily defects from Pre-trip inspection forms  
• Compile weekly roster for staff operating on Compressed Working Week 

Administrate leave applications  

• Ensure capturing of all leave on PaySpace system  
• Ensure all leave is approved on PaySpace system  
• Ensure leave captured correlates with Best Time  

Vehicle maintenance/availability  

• Ensure pre-trip inspections are done according to SOP 
• Report incidents/accidents/damage on vehicles  
• Do follow ups to ensure vehicles are in road worthy condition before they leave the premises
