Job Description

The Team Lead is responsible for:

• Assigning daily cleaning tasks.
• Supporting and guiding team members.
• Making sure everyone follows the schedule.
• Inspecting work areas to ensure they are clean.
• Fixing any issues quickly.
• Keeping cleaning standards high.
• Showing new staff how to clean properly and safely.
• Helping team members improve their skills.
• Making sure safety rules are followed.
• Reporting any problems or accidents.
• Ensuring proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
• Tracking attendance and task completion.
• Ordering supplies when needed.
• Reporting to the manager regularly.
• Being the main contact on-site for client questions.

Requirements:

• Matric required
• Experience in cleaning work.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.
• Know how to use cleaning tools and products.
• Understand basic safety rules.
• Computer Literacy
• Admin Skills
