Team Leader: Production

Purpose of the Job:
- To plan, lead, organize and control all aspects and activities within sealer and wax to ensure the daily achievements of targets (Quality, Volume , Cost, Safety and Availability) and continuous improvement through the supervision of direct associates, coaching of process supporters and all line activities while improving all relevant standards.
Key Accountabilities:
- Safety- Adherence to OHSA, reporting near misses.
- Quality - QZS, QZF, RWM.
- Delivery- UPH Target.
- Cost- Managing consumables and scrap.
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
- Minimum N4 Electrical / Mechanical qualification.
- Minimum 6 years in Paint Shop Production or Process role.
- Knowledge of company policies and guidelines.
- Risk management. SAP Systems. IMS Systems.
Competencies:
- Deciding and initiating action.
- Planning and organising. Leading and supervising.
Closing Date: 11 February 2026.
