Job Description    

• Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Production Department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Team Leader Utilities role, which is based in Nigel. The successful candidate will report directly to the Unit Manager : Utilties in Nigel.
• The role will lead, coach and manage the Utility Artisans & Operators, ensuring the Maintenance Plans, as established by the Maintenance Planners, are implemented effectively and efficiently to ensure the efficient running of the plant, as well as managing the operators for utility equipment (e.g. boilers, compressors, waste water treatment, water treatment, etc

Key Duties & Responsibilities    

• Ensure delivery and quality of required services to Packaging department & Plant operation
• Maintain the assets in the Utility environment
• Analyse efficiencies in the Utility environment
• Motivate & inspire Team
• Ensure safety
• Drive continuous improvement
• Create & Manage Financial Budget in line with Plant Strategy and Goals

Skills, Experience & Education    

• Minimum requirement: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Ideal : Engineering Degree- Mechanical,
• 3 years in Engineering support for Manufacturing operations
