Key performance areas

• To provide guidance and assistance to customers visiting the service Centre;
• To make input into operating policies, procedures and guidelines;
• To receive and resolve customer queries;
• To report on performance and identify and escalate performance constraints and any risks;

Requirements

Required Minimum Education / Training

• A three (3)-year Diploma/ National Diploma/B Degree/Advanced Diploma in in Public Administration/Public Management/ Marketing.
• Experience on working on kiosk space or exhibition will be an added advantage.

Required Minimum Experience

• 3-5 years’ Customer services experience.
