Minimum Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience in a managed service provider environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and a process-oriented mindset.
• Experience managing client relationships and communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of software licensing, reseller agreements, and basic pre-sales scoping.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and improve internal documentation and workflows.
• A background that includes progression through technical support levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical account tasks including customer audits and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain and enhance internal systems including RMM platforms, documentation, and integrations.
• Assist with pre-sales proposals for standard solutions.
• Support vendor relationships for renewals and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to governance and process improvement initiatives across the business.
• Handle client escalations and onboarding engagements with professionalism and technical confidence.
• Maintain and improve the internal knowledgebase to support team efficiency.
