    Technical Advisor - Longmeadow

    Description

    • The successful applicant will be based within the Call Centre and answer incoming calls. 
    • Must be able to provide guidance to clients on any Technical related questions within the electrical industry.
    • Assist daily in our Retail store, assisting Customers with any Technical queries. 

    Requirements

    • Electrical qualification.
    • Trade Test Certificate.
    • Red Seal, Section 13. 
    • Must be able to read Wiring diagrams. 
    • Must have Call Centre experience and good communication skills.
    • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience within the electrical industry.
