    Technical Consultant (3Par/VMWare/Veeam)

    Qualification and Experience Required: 

    • Matric 
    • HPE Blade or Server certification
    • HPE 3PAR/Storage certification
    • VMware certification
    • Veeam certification
    • 2-4 years of relevant experience
    • 2+ years’ experience in VMware experience
    • 2+ years’ experience in Veeam experience
    • Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
    • Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
    • Update technical skills regarding Ansible, OpenShift Satellite

    • Technical Background:
    • Onsite support and administration Services
    • Project and ad-hoc Call Services
    • Health Checks & Assessments
    • SLA Call Services
    • Customer Experience/Satisfaction:
    • Report customer feedback and potential product request
    • Strong datacentre infrastructure background
    • VMware experience
    • Veeam experience
    • Independent & reliable work ethic

    Administration:

    • Adhere to project and call methodology & quality (Client Feedback, Project & Call Paperwork, etc)
