As a Technical Consultant at MRI Software, your role is to be an expert at understanding MRI Software Technical Consultant's data. We expect you to aid various teams in drawing insight from our data. This includes working with clients to create dashboards, visualizations, algorithms, reports, and business tools for use across the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with clients to understand their needs.
Turning business requirements into technical requirements and documented specifications.
Presenting solutions to stakeholders (non-technical audiences) and soliciting constructive feedback.
Train clients in the MRI Toolkit.
Migrate client database to MRI Cloud.
Install MRI product to self-hosted client Servers.
Complete data conversions from source software’s to MRI.
Create reports using both MRI Toolkit and SSRS reporting.
Learning from, and sharing knowledge and skills with your teammates to improve internal processes and impact.
Requirements:
Client focus and a passion for quality
Dedicated and conscientious with an attention to detail
Strong organization, project, and time management skills
Familiarity with working with databases
Previous experience with SQL preferred
Previous experience in programming a plus
Professional communication skills with the ability to confidently articulate technical concepts to non-technical people and train others
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Previous experience in customer/client service or consulting is helpful
